Refund policy

You may return goods or products purchased from our Website for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to you. You will be responsible for all shipping or duty fees applicable to the return, and such amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of our receipt of the return. If the return is of an individual goods or products within a product bundle, the total discount received on the bundle purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. The refunded amount will be applied to the Payment Method used to make the original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We’ll be more than happy to exchange or return your product(s) purchased on bearddad.co

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
